Yourmusic.com not working for my computer

I just signed up to become a member of BMG's Yourmusic.com subscription CD service. However, I can not login and here is the reason provided:

I am using Google Chrome 4.0.249.89 and I set it to accept all cookies. I used to have Norton Internet Security installed, but I un-installed it complete using the Norton Uninstaller. I am now using Avast Free edition and I tried to access the Yourmusic login page with the shields turned off without any luck.

Can someone help me out? Thank you.

I did try Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702IC with the default settings for privacy and security, but I still have had no good luck in trying to login to Yourmusic.com . I also tried Mozilla Firefox 3.6 with its default options and it finally worked. Thank you.
