I hadn't noticed until now that Monster has ControlTalk versions of the Turbines coming out soon. J&R has several models listed, including the coppers. While I do love the styling of the MD, the ControlTalk would be a very valuable feature for me. Given that the are limited edition, my guess is that we won't see a ControlTalk version of the MD.

Okay, got my Miles Davis Edition this evening... and out of the box they're sounding really amazing. I hope they get even better with burn in.

Hey Chris, Yes, they open up considerably, the mids come out, and the treble extends better in time, and the soundstage while not huge, gets pretty precise. Enjoy!

Onecall has them for 15% off plus another $20 if you use eBill off the $399 price. They also have open box for $319, which the discounts would probably apply. I think it's only for today, tax day for those who had to send a check to the IRS such as myself

I quoted $250 last week, and they offered me. The email was replied at this Tuesday, which is 2 days ago. The only downside is that they do not come with the new monster tips. Apart from that it's a great deal
