Can iPhone Charger be used with Sony MP3?

Hi,

I have Sony X-1050 and S-739 and am wondering if iPhone charger can be used with them.
Please advise.

i would be shocked if it did..the ipod proprietary usb is a different size than sony

Rawrster, I think you misunderstand.
I was not saying to use the iPhone USB CABLE, but to connect SONY mp3 with iPhone charger as they are using normal USB plug.

100% ok. I use one USB charger to charge all of my devices, I just change the cable to the one I need.

If the charger is rated at 5V 500mA, you'll be fine.
