16v AC Transformers

Where can I get a 16v AC transformer cheap for my EF2? My original PSU died a day after getting it, and I made my own transformer for it, but ended up needing that transformer for a different project.

I'd make another transformer, but without machines to do it, it takes a while and it's hard to get right. I would like to buy a 16v AC adapter (not DC!), but can't find any that are cheap and from a reliable source.

Hifiman has a PSU "DY-1" which is being sold together with EF5. It has a selectable switch which can output AC in either 16V or 18V.

The bottom one in the photo:


However, I do not know whether they will sell it as a standalone unit or not.

It'd likely be too much. I mean, if I have to build an AC transformer again I'll do it, it only cost me like $3 to make one, for the parts, magnetic wire, etc.. And it worked great with no problems. It's just it takes a while to make.
