Sorry it's so short. Will lengthen soon! Don't have that much time. Any questions, I prefer PM, but you can post too.

- Headphone pads (or a DIY version)
- 4" hole saw (or whatever or pad diameter is)
- 2" hole saw (I had to do lots of sanding)
- drill (whatever type... I used a hand drill)
- 1/4" (or bigger) drill bit (for venting)
- Wood (duh); 1/2 thickness)
- nails (if without a drill press)
- sandpaper
- tape/glue

1) GET YOUR WOOD!
2)Start cutting!Yeah... You need some wood for this project. This time, I used Poplar.
3) Drill!I started off with the 4" hole saw. Then I bolted it down to another piece of wood so I could drill out the 2" hole.
4) Sand!Drill some holes for some venting; if you want to.
Done!I had to sand it down quite a bit... the inner hole.
