Just want to thank the troops at Klipsch (Amy, Prof Thump) for swiftly dealing with a problem with the X10s (stress relief).

I was having a bit of trouble getting things sorted, and had a right moan - but through Amy and Prof Thump things seem to be finally getting sorted, as I hope to receive the new (and hopefully improved) X10s sometime soon .
