Looking for a DAP

I've had IE8s for half a month now but no DAP yet, so I'm looking for one that fills the following characteristics.
Sound quality similar to the Cowon D2/Clip+
Only needs to support MP3 (All my songs are 320, I don't want 25 MB each flac songs)
Good UI (NOT like the D2, I like the ipod UI)
>8 gb memory, preferably 32.
Battery doesn't matter too much (but hopefully not less than Clip+ @ 15 hours)
Size no larger than the iPhone.
MUST have EQ.
Looks don't really matter (within reason)
Screen or not doesn't really matter.
Any brand is ok.
Preferably available in Australia or Asia.
<250 USD/300 AUD

Right now I'm looking at the Zune HD, Clip+ and Walkman X1050.
Zune HD isn't available for a reasonable price in Aus, Clip+ takes ages to load songs, and Walkman is just so expensive.

iPod Touch? its only ok sounding but I mean....you can get a s:flo2 but the ui isnt that great on it. sounds amazing.
