misticriver.net shut down?

There is a rumour that misticriver.net was shut down. Can anyone confirm or - hopefully - deny that?

Closing that site would be a real loss, they hat tons of useful information in their forums.

The other site (www.clixhere.net) which also owned by Jeff is downed too. I don't spend much time in both places anymore but ever since iriver abandoned most of its Western market we haven't seen much traffic on both places. It is a real shame actually.

iRiver aren't doing well here either (in Korea). From a couple of people in the know, they are run like Old Boy shops and have never been able to keep up with their competitors in Korea especially and also from abroad.

Too bad. Let's hope they give the forum's database to a third party to host or open the content. Would be too bad if all the information on hacks, mods, repairs etc. were lost.

A huge loss to H1xx and H3xx enthusiasts. Lots of great mods and experimentation lost to the winds.

RIP I always liked that forum, it was my introduction to all of this. Back in the day, before there was even a portable source forum here, misticriver had many good discussions, and Clieos was always helpful.

just copy and paste into a word document the relevent stuff although an auto download of content would be useful.
