Like new (9/10), un-modded (never opened the case), no problems with it at all. Sell for $SOLD shipped to your PayPal address in the 50 states/Canada; other countries extra, confirmed PayPal address only, PM me. I do not have the box, but for the selling price I am including a 6' OEM power cord, a 6' OEM Toslink optical cable, and a 5' OEM USB cable, as well as the "quick start" guide. Lowball offers politely ignored.
Mine is the newer (third) model with the factory de-tuned gain and improved attenuation (from the faq thread):
"There are technically 3 versions of the TubeMagic. The first is the original design, it does not have the "Line-in" 1/4" jack in the front and does not have opamp sockets. The second was upgraded with a new front panel layout including the "Line-in" 1/4" jack and opamp sockets inside. The third one only the following differences; lowered gain output by about 20% and new volume control for more linear control."
From what I have read, they standardized and neatened up the wiring by the time mine came out as well.
I really like this little unit, but I don't use the headphone amp, and am simplifying my setup so I don't need the preamp either anymore. I still have my Fubar I/O that I can use as a DAC/ADC for my purposes in this system, even though it's only 16-bit.

My feedback is somewhat limited here at Head-fi, but I do have a 100% positive rating on eBay as well.
