I have this 20gb Rio Karma, the power switch broke off the board (no switch) also screws are missing and the case has a crack at the bottom (where screws go). It has a few small scratch on the face, but you would have to look hard. Still plays music and you can turn it of through the standby function. Hard drive and battery works fine, it comes w/a dock (in great condition) AC power supply and installation CD. I'm asking SOLD, shipped and Paypal (non CC).
