Hi, anyone was able to contact Head Direct customer service this week? I have a problem with my HE-5 (flickering sound - tried to check the cable/switch side but seems the problem comes from the driver). Last week I reported to them, they asked for the receipt but then when I emailed the receipt on Friday, they just don't answer my email anymore (they were quick to reply - telling me what they need/what I can't do earlier). So anyone?
