SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT ULTRASONE DJ1...

plzz forgive me for my bad english, its not my natural language..

HELLO IM NEW AT THE HEADPHONES BUISNESS and i have some questions about the ultrasone headphones:
1: im not a dj or something like that and im looking for good headphone for music* movies and games and i have found from many reviews that the dj1 are very good at everything so would u sugest me to buy them??

2:from what i understood there is an old design for the dj1 that no longer produced and thats the one i can get in the store near to my house ... so my question is -- what is the differance between the old design and the new design(model)??
if i will buy the old model of this headphone, will i hear good quality like the new one??
what is the old and the new dj1`s release date??

3:if ill connect them soundcard 7.1 , will i hear normal serround like its should be or the s-logic contrasting this??

Your english actually isn't too bad. I live in a America, so I guess I can say that on good authority =]

 

1. I'd recommend the HFI-580's. Same family (Ultrasone), and they seem to get a lot more love on these forums.

2. From my experience so far, Ultrasone makes quality cans. Therefore, even if you purchase an older model, it should still be quality- if you purchase new or gently used.

3. no idea..
