I wanted to personally thank everyone who helped me along the way from not knowing what a DAC is, to a complete and perfectly running BantamDAC / Millett Hybrid MiniMAX / AKG K240 studio setup (You guys are saints). I can't believe after so many close calls, I ended up with everything working beautifully. The Minimax is crystal clear, no buzz or hum (very little at the top end). I am so impressed with the audio quality. Very dynamic, not too much treble as I like it, incredible bass and for some reason I can feel these awesome sound waves I never felt before, must be low end I never heard because the headphones never had enough juice to power them. And it's interesting how warm the sound is, and the volume doesn't "hit" my ears. I listen to classical,jazz,trance and rock and it sounds incredible for each type of music.
