WTB: XLR converter / adpter, AC power supply

Hi:

I want to buy a converter to change the 5 pin male XLR connecter to 4 pin female XLR connector

AND I want to buy the 110v-240v 18w ac power supply with 4 pin female XLR connector

It is also ok if you can do me a DIY linear ac power supply matches the condition above.
