Nelly Mckay vs Regina Specktor

I got to say they are very similar.
I personally like Nelly Mckay more.
Her voice reminds me more of old school singers like Doris Day.

Who do you like better and why?

I like the latest Regina Specktor album. Have listened to it a lot lately and yeah, it has some really good tunes.

Nelly Mckay is new to me (I have read about her), so I'll have to check out some of her albums.

Both are huge talents; the title song stylist definitely fits each. I like Nellie more, though, and I'm certain it's because of my inner-jazz guy. There's something a tad more earthy about Nellie.

I for one like Nellie best due to her earthy sound quality to her voice. She has more of a jazz quality that I just adore. I could listen to her alot.
