Soft Resetting Fuze

I believe that to soft reset the Fuze you need to press and hold the ON button upward (in the On Position) for about 20 secs or so.

I did try this but I get no indication of it telling me thats its Soft Resetting, like coming or telling me on the screen, is this normal.

Also when I soft reset do I need to remove the Micro SD card ?

To reset the fuze, you slide and hold the Power button on the side of the unit. Hold it for about 15 seconds and the player will reset. BTW AFAIK there isn't a confirmation, it should just look like rebooting.

No need to remove the microSD card.
