I have a question about powering my amp though. Seeing as it's one of the most expensive things I've ever bought I'd hate to fry it by powering it with a dodgy power source. The stores I went to all plug their amps into this fancy looking metal power board. Wait here it is: G&W TW-03D power filter plant US/CN.
So.. a power filter. Atm the Solo's plugged directly into the wall and I'm probably just being paranoid but I'm not entirely sure about Chinese power. Wouldn't want a surge to blow up my amp or any kind of instability in the current to wear down my components. So should I get a power filter or surge protector or something similar or am I just needlessly worrying?
