just a simple question about headphone outs

I'm hoping to build a CKKIII sometime soon, just have a quick question.
Is it possible/ok to have two headphone outs?
I'm thinking I would just split the signal wire bundle going to the headphone out into two and send it to the headphone outs, but I don't know if that would negatively affect sound or anything.

If that works, would there be any way to have separate volume control on each? I can't figure out any way, since volume control goes between input and amping stages.

Thanks for any help!

Yes, you absolutely can, but unless they are the exactly same headphones, you'll be having some fun impedance mixing.

One amp = 1 volume control.
