iPad: Fail or win? - Page 2

There are already too many threads with people saying things like "iPad for the win" or "epic fail"

I don't know if it'll succeed.

But let me tell you something: that Dell tablet really makes me angry. Just think of the brainwashed masses who will buy it just because it's a Dell.

Dell has sold a lot more computers than Apple, too.

Anyone mind if I go off on a long rant about the Dell? Maybe start another thread? I suppose I could start angry threads about the Sony, HP, Lenovo, and other tablets, too.

The good part is that Apple' system crashes a lot less (supposed). The bad part is that it's locked down. I don't see how this can compete with an Eee or an Aspire One.
Apple iPod: WIN. iTuch: Epic WIN. Mac: Debatable. iPad: Win? Fail? Epic FAIL?
Mac debatable? Looking at their sales and considering the revenue over the years I most certainly wouldn't say the macs success debatable lol. Mac literally owns the graphic design/education niche and that itself is success for apple. Otherwise I generally agree the iPad may not be a big deal but we shall see if it sells.

Just saw a new tablet called exopc. It runs windows 7 and has a real processor, as well as flash support. Almost what I hoped the ipad would be.

I bet it will be a success.
It is clearly not for everyone, but I am sure there will still be millions out there who find it useful and then buy one.

I'm going to close this thread, as there are other iPad threads out there (similar in theme).
