Musicians earplugs

Hey guys, I'm new here. Be gentle . I'm looking to buy some musicians earplugs. I had a few questions for those that have some. I play guitar/ go to gigs often for reference.

Is 15 or 25 db more suitable? I'm edging towards 15.

Will any audiologist be fine? Or should I get molds done and send them to ultimate ears?

Most audiologists around here seem to do their own.

Most keyboardists I know use 10
Some drummers use 15 or 25
Don't really know any guitarists who use them.

This is for jazz.

20db for rock shows (drummer) none for live jazz, but 10db for rehearsing pretty much no matter what. At least that was me.
