Back when I lived in Edmonton, you'd hit -50C for a week or two (without the wind chill) and we always managed to get the cars to start. Had to have a block heater though, no other choice.

I think it got down to 27 F here in Vegas once.

Around -30F, no fancy engine block heater or whatever. Only took a couple seconds of cranking and she started right up. Duluth has some wonderful weather.

Car never goes out below 15°C,I like to drive with the windows down.

Yeah... I have always lived in the south my adult life. Never gets below zero really. I'd say 15°C is probably the lowest? Anything below that and things just shut down
