The paint on the letters are 90% intact, but they are otherwise perfect. I've removed the "SR225" buttons and there is absolutely zero glue residue on the grill. Personally I think Grados look ten times better button-less, but if you prefer them with the buttons, I will include them so that you can glue them back on. The cable is perfect - I am very OCD so they have never been twisted more than 180 degrees.
I will also throw in my quarter-modded Senn HD414 pads (in addition to the bowl pads) for free. If you really hate used pads - even though I promise to wash them before shipping them out to you - I have a mint pair still in its packaging that I'm willing to give up for an extra $5.
