I'll put in a vote for the Maximo iM-590. Not saying that they sound like a Grado but they do have a lot of the characteristics that people have come to love about the Grado signature - crispness, tightness of reponse, good air, good high-end extension, and an energetic presentation.

For what it's worth, in some correspondence with Grado engineering, they say the GR-8 is closest sounding to the SR325i.

The ER6i (with glider tips) sounds very Grado-ish to me.
