I got this laptop as a gift for Christmas but have no use for it. So its basically brand new, only a month old.

OS - Windows 7 64bit - This was an upgrade (full retail Ultimate edition) I will include this with the purchase for free - I will also do a clean install before I ship

This Laptop sells new on NewEgg for 899.99 and comes with Windows Vista. So in my honest opinion whoever picks this up is getting a steal.
