What would be the best headphones for listening all kinds of music and watching movies(Maybe some gaming)? Maybe Neutral sound would be the best for me(my friend) and I prefer closed Im(My friend is) a little paranoid. Recommend me(friend of mine) some good pair of cans.

SEE PROS & CONS. NOTE: The clamping factor will obviously differ from person to person, but I'm surprised to find little mention of it, as it is the sole reason I'd never think twice about...

When I listened to the sound for the 1st time, I was hit by it. I was punched by the not-punchy-bass. I was hoping it would offer much better bass response than SE315.. equals to Klipsch Image...

Sennheiser HD201 - they beat most cans in your price range. Try them.

Sennheiser HD428 or HD438. According to some the HD428 is the more neutral one which I can confirm. I recently bought the HD428. I never listened to the HD438.
The JVC HA-RX700/900 is sometimes sold by UK-sellers which could save you some money, you'll have to check that.

I think the 700 is on par with the 428 from my short experience, but with a different sound signature. The 700 would be slightly warmer.
I would recommend any of the 3 phones in my sig. However, for gaming and movies in addition to music, I think the ATH-FC700(A) is the pretty clear winner. Music dominance is debatable, but for movies and gaming, those definitely win. They're all closed
