I'm particularly fond of "Portions for Foxes", but there are at least 2-3 tracks I'm into on the last 2 albums. Any other artists with a similar sound?

Perhaps Okkervil River, especially their last couple albums. Feist, The Decemberists, Bright Eyes, The New Pornographers, Camera Obscura, Margot & the Nuclear So and So's, The Watson Twins. And of course, Jenny Lewis has two solo albums.

Really enjoying her solo stuff. iirc Elvis Costello appears on one track. Love bright eyes also.
Will check out some others on your list.
Cheers!

You could try Regina Spektor, but I consider her a fad, and her style is a few notches down compared to Rilo Kiley/Jenny Lewis. Still, she has her moments.

I would also recommend checking out Regina Spektor. Also if you really like Jenny Lewis, she sings backing vocals on several songs on the album "Give Up" by the Postal Service.
