Hi All

I see that the forum has changed a lot since my last visit, and I still do not have player and headphones. I created practically the same topic, but it's a good few months ago.

I'm looking for "hot" set with a brilliant pit (expect good quality bass, not sloppy, well concentrated and "meaty"). Hard words to explain it to me, but I think most of you will know what's going on. Here is what is expected from the sound:

1. Low frequencies should be slightly more visible from the rest. Bass should subtly dominate the band, must be deep and yet dynamic and "meaty". Does not tolerate something like the Creative EP-630 - bass spilled all over the bandwidth. It is for me one of the most important elements. In short,I'm looking for something that I firmly warmed but not depresses or "will be in space".
2. Vocals should prick the ears, or drill in the head. Must be nice, maybe even very subtly reduced - without exaggeration. I had the opportunity to listen to some sets recommended by forum users and say frankly that as many people on the forum so many tastes. Of course, I see beauty in the following example ER6i headphones, but this specification sound I simply do not like it.
3. Headphones should be very well dampen ambient sound. Would have been nice if they were still comfortable.

I know that may be familiar to the topic, my demands are too excessive, but it may come some of them will be satisfied by a set.

What do you think about SanDisk Sansa Clip+ and SoundMagic PL21?

A few examples of what I listen to:

ATB - Behind
4 strings - Take Me Away
Sia - Breathe Me
Medina - You And I
10 Years - Wasteland
Pezet - Spadam
Morandi - Colors

Sorry for my english.

Yours sincerely.

I've read good things about the Monster Turbine. Maybe you should look for a review on them and see if they are what you're looking for.

See if you can pick up a set of cheap Triple Fi 10's. Sounds like they are exactly what you need.

Amazon.com: Used and New: Ultimate Ears TripleFi 10 Noise Isolating Earphones

Here you go. $164. Get a Sansa Clip+ and you will thoroughly satisfied with the bill being about $210

if you want cheap HP with very good bass then go for Koss PortaPro or Yuin PK3

PK3s bass is lacking. After owning them, it has some bass but its not impactful or deep, just clean. I dont think it would suit OP's tastes. FYI i'm by no means a basshead (K701 are my main cans).

If you love bass and want compfort, the Klipsch Image X-10 is the ticket. If you have user adjustable Graphic EQ they are hard to beat.
