I am thinking of upgrading my X-fi Titanium to the Auzentech X-fi Forte.

Will I have a significant improvement in sound quality?

I am using the ATH-AD900 for gaming,music and movies. An all-rounder usage.

It is an absolute improvement in quality, just having the on-board amp on the Forte does that.
