FS: Audio Technica ATH-CK7's (Minus Jack) [UK]

Hey guys.
I've got a pair of CK7s lying around that I haven't used for ages.

About a year ago they stared losing connection in the headphone jack (sound cut out/came back when you wiggled the wire coming out of the jack)
I proceeded to cut off the old jack but never got round to buying a new jack from ebay a soldering it on.

I guess this is a sold as seen (although technically no-one's seen them yet ), i.e if you can't repair them after purchase, not my problem. I think this is fair as they're sold as a faulty item.

I'd say they had around 2 years moderate daily use from new, nout used everyday or for long periods

Pictures to follow.

Offers?

I've got one positive feedback on head-fi and 33 on ebay, I'll find the links in a few hours when I've got some sleep

Thanks for any response. Joe.

Shall we say offers near £25? You can get a good metal jack plug from ebay for less than a fiver and anyone with a soldering iron could have a solid first good quality earphone/backup pair etc.

As far as sound goes, I remember these for having nice clear highs, with bass towards the stronger side, if not thumping.

I moved to these from Sennhiser CX300's and they were quite a step up in terms of detail and all round clarity. I've sinced moved on to Denon C751's and plan to try something from the Ultimate Earsor Sennhieser IE range next.

Thanks.

Night time bump, I WILL get some pictures up tomorrow.
A potentilly very cheap pair of in ear's when you get them sorted, I'd take £20?
