Would this be too much?

Hello,
I am planning on buying some portable gear during the summer.
Currently I have in mind:
-Cowon iAudio 9 plus
-Sennheiser IE8 plus
-Shadow, from Ray Samuels Audio

Would that be too much/ overkill? Or would it work fine?
How would it compare to my current setup: PC plus AKG K181DJ and iBasso D2+

Any advice is welcome!

After reading a few more threads I am now interested in S:Flo2
instead of Cowon.

Any thoughts? Would it be too much or not?

I will enjoy it for sure since I am enjoying iBasso D2+ and AKG K181DJ sooooo much

if u prefer much less battery life get sflo2

Yeah I've heard about the battery but line out sound is better, also it has double DAC...
