Your fuses were functional just not pretty, I'm not sure what you had to go through beyond sending and receiving a few email? I'm uncertain how helps other headfiers as the fuses are functional just not 100% aestetically pleasing.

To all if you are spending $120 on fuses while at the same time $120 is a lot of money for you, then buying $120 worth of disposable items (fuses blow sometimes) is a somewhat foolish way to spend your hard earned cash, no?

Dear Mr. Xiaozheng Cui,

we (HiFi-Tuning) would like to offer our apologies for the slightly askew positioning of the caps on the fuse body. In the future we will work on improving the cap placement during the soldering process to avoid such issues.

Additionally we would like to point out that the assembly of these fuses is done fully manually as all parts (except the ceramics tube) consist of nearly pure precious metals which mandate manually assembly due to their softness.

Please note: The noticed askew cap positioning has no negative impact on the quality of the fuses. It is solely a visual concern which we will try to minimize in future.

By the way, our US-Distributor Ultra Systems Mr. Robert Stein, will send you directly 3 new fuses for free exchange!

I hope now you will be happy again?

Best regards,

where did you buy them from? i ask because the ones i have are the ceramic types with gold caps. and they all seem to be pretty good built quality to me.

i've been pretty happy with the Hi-Fi tuning, never tried isoclean or the furutech kind though..

Do not worry you are not the only one that has been hit for telling it the way it is.
They should have a sister forum called kids-fi where all the ones being wet nursed can dribble to there hearts content.

Glad you got your fuse problem sorted out,at that price I would want them perfect as well so that I could display them in a glass case.
