For fuse caps off set like this, they will have much smaller contact surface. Just like people chose leads for speaker cables

I have 2 Hi Fi tuning fuses and they are fine, didn't look like yours.

i think this fuse costs like 5p in bulk and is built better, if i spent $40 on fuses (well, per single fuse) and they looked like the end caps would falloff i'd have a very palpapable feeling of being ripped off - and silver isn't actually very expensive at all when it comes down to it, and silver plating costs pennies.

They look like their about to snap any second, and so are perhaps electrically unsafe. get/demand a refund and go with another brand if you must buy 'better sounding' fuses.

First off are you publicly printing private email exchanges with the distributor? If so that is a classless move. Second it appears they are totally willing to do what it takes to make you happy. Makes me glad I left direct consumer work 15 years ago due to wankers like you.

Please don't use such words.

"I have no problem letting the importer decide if they will replace/exchange for you...." NOT: "I have no problem replace/exchange for you"

He just direct me to distributor, not try to fix this himself frist. Also removed the seller, store name, their contact info, and person's full name when I post to show respect. What did I do worng here. Who is going to protect me as buyer? If you are so high class, are you willing to buy those fuses from me then?

Thanks for the picture.

None of mine like this. But one is very close, which have darker lettering like this one than the other three.

I went to Radioshack looked all three draws of no brand name fuses, they all look straight and tight.

Thanks for support rosgr63 . I will give the seller a chance to correct this problem. I have a lot of more updated infos from friends on head-fi, as well as some insider's stories. As upset as I am right now......

jp11801 should not bad mouthed me without to try himself, and called me all that...... words. I don't even know him.
