Interesting note from the review:
Does that mean we can expect the iQube v3 in the future?

| The iQube V2 does not process anything beyond 16/48 which we think is a missed opportunity which in effect limits playback to CD-quality files. When we asked Guido about this, he replied that the next-gen iQube will accept higher resolution data. |

No sorry, not 'expect' at this moment, it is on my wish-list yes, but not more then that.

Hi, the dac part is very good, but the amp is the same as V1. Although V1 is a very good amp, but it lacks power to drive the more demanding phones such as ER4S and OK1. One more thing, it is way to big! V1 and SR71A are my limits for portable amp.

Have to say I'm dissapointed with that review. 2.5 pages about usability, form factor, what's inside, and so forth, and then a couple of paragraphs about how the DAC sounds? And without any real comparisons against other DACs?

Hi, I am sorry for that.
However there is one thing were I should put things in perspective (and defend the reviewers). No comparison indeed because it was a review of just this unit. It was never intended to be a comparison. That might be for another time.
