I'm trying to decide what to do with these semi-damaged AKG K701s I have. Is anyone interested in 6ft of Kimber Kable TCSS-QD, which is their own quad braided cable? The cable is terminated to a 1/4" Yarbo GY-635G plug. The cable made the K701s sound much better... less harsh on the highs and just more musical/lively all around.
You could use it on your own K701s or even solder on the K702 or Sennheiser connectors to use on those headphones.
