Mp3 player to use Denon AH C710 potential

Hello,
so in a few months I decided that I will (probably) buy Denon AH C710 in-ear headphones (specifications) and mp3 player.

Things I am looking for in mp3 player are: great SQ, smallness and my biggest request is that it is LOUD, preferably as loud as my AKG K181DJ get with my iBasso D2+ amplifier (if volume is to the max there's no distortion and after a few minutes of listening my ears are ringing).

Keep the price range <250€/$

Please note: I am not sure yet if I am going to buy Denons so if you know of any better option of in-ear headphones for under <250$/€ please let me know (!!! perhaps something with more than 250mW of power !!!)

Im selling an AMP3 Pro1 which sounds fantastic with the Denon AH C710's, im also selling some Denon AH C710's funny enough.
