anyone know how to do this or if it's possible? I looked for it on their site, but of course they don't exactly advertise how to do it, since they get less money from you when you have the standard account

You have to put in a support request through their system, but you can do so. You can only switch back to a personal account ONCE. If you ever upgrade again they will refuse further requests to go back to personal. You can, however, have two accounts, one personal and one business.

cool thanks currawong
With a Premier account they charge you like 2.9% on money you receive from others who are within the US and 3.9% on money you receive from others who are outside of the US. There are no fees with a standard account, but there is a limit ($500 I think) to the amount you can receive in any one month. This is for US based accounts, it may be different for those outside of the US.
