My brother just recently gave me his old Philips FW-C555 and I must admit they sound better than what my pc or Samsung P3 can do (via headphones and via speakers). Since I am not in the position to purchase a new cd player (do not even want one now), I was wondering if there is a way for me to hook up a headphone amp to it. I am really uninformed regarding amps, so before I do something completely foolish, I was hoping you folks could explain to me what I really would need to get that feat accomplished. Thanks!

SEE PROS & CONS. NOTE: The clamping factor will obviously differ from person to person, but I'm surprised to find little mention of it, as it is the sole reason I'd never think twice about...
