Hi

Now i've sold my PS-1s i have no need for my Melos.
I bought this amp from ComputerPro who explains the various modifications very well in the following thread.

The unit is in the same condition as when i bought it, except the input selector has been fixed. The face is faded in some area's as can be seen in the photo below. The amp will include the original Bugle Boys i received and an extra pair i bought because i liked them so much.

This is an amazing sounding amp and i've been very happy using it with my old RS-1s and PS-1s.

Its set to american voltages/current so would need a step down converter which can be found cheap on ebay if the buyer is UK/EU based.

I paid $1300 including shipping and taxes. Im entertaining offers around that price.

It cost $100 to ship from Canada so you can use that as a rough example.

Hi, theres been a bit of interest lately in this amp, so i thought id post some more information on pricing.
I am not going to let this amp go for less than £600 cleared at the end of the sale. I do not have a set of single ended headphones at the moment, but for less than £600, i am prepared to cotton ball the amp in a cupboard and forget about it, just incase one comes along that i really like.

Shipping is quite alot so far i have worked out quotes for the following
Australia = £95
Singapore = £95
Spain = £24
USA = £75

People seem to find this thread ok without me bumping it everyday so i will leave it be. When i have sold the amp i will post here, until then please assume it is still for sale and let me know if you have an offer that will leave me with £600 after fees and postage.

I've havn't bumped this for 5 months but now need to shift some gear because im moving house so going to start bumping this again.

If your interested make me an offer, if you need any more info / pictures please let me know

I have premium Mullard , Telefunken and Seimens tubes for this amp and could part with them as part of a deal. (Not looking to sell them separately)
