I'm looking for an example of a bit-perfect 24bit/96khz vinyl record player with a USB out, if something such exists. Price, irrelevant.

Thanks.

Ion USB turntable or some crap? Other than that, you need to go TT-->Preamp-->A>D Converter-->PC

I have yet to find a good, budget way of doing this. I tried an Ion and returned it after ripping one 7" record. It sounded awful.

I know that ProJect makes their entry level TT with a USB phono stage built in for around $450. That would IMHO be a pretty good choice, based on my very limited experience with their products.

Just hook something like this up instead: BEHRINGER: UFO202
I believe that's a phono preamp and A/D all in one.
