What do you recommend? Flac player with EQ, Line in rec...

My Creative Zen Nano Pluz 1gb is getting quite old, I'd like to get something more up to date...

Must:

-Be under 100$;
-Have good SQ;
-Play Flac or other lossless formats;
-Have a good custom EQ;
-Have line in recording function (like this nano)
-Be expandable with memory cards

I don't know if it's possible to buy a media player (video+audio) with this money. That would be nice but I only need a good audio player.

I'd use it with a Fiio E5 amp, Denon C360 in-ears, Sennheiser PX100 and Denon P372 headphones.

if you only look for an audio player, the sansa clip+ is a very good choice

Neither have line-in recording, unfortunately.

well i cant comment on the SQ but maybe one of the iriver e100? honestly i dont know too many mp3 players that are under $100 with line in recording. if you increase budget or dont absolutely need to have the recording then your options increase.

A great site to compare the latest portable flac players.  Anything from 8GB to 500 GB.
