I'm delighted to be the first to provide some glowing feedback to a new Headfi member. Olias purchased a headphone amp from me. He was prompt and thorough in his communications, and with payment. Easy to work with, decisive and did exactly what he said. What more can you ask? AAA transaction. Thank you!

Ben bought my DHC Blackout cable for the HD650. His payment was prompt and communication excellent. I'd happily deal with him again.

Sold him a Purity KICAS and payment was immediate and he was very pleasant to deal with. I would have no reservations dealing with him again in the future. Excellent Head-Fier.

Hi,

Ben sold me an AKG 702. He was very accommodating and friendly. He shipped my headphones even before the funds cleared.

Sometimes it's not what goes right that shows how stand-up a person is but when something doesn't. I truly believe totally unintentional to Ben, the cans came with an unmentioned blemish. I, being anal, noticed it. I contacted Ben and told him. He was extremely apologetic and very communicative. He wanted to make everything right and offered a full refund. In the end we settled on a deal and he came through without a second thought.

To me this shows his true meddle. I would deal with him again on any occasion. Highly recommended

I bought a Little Dot DAC_II from Ben and all I can say is wow. He was prompt friendly and above all else a great person to deal with. Thanks again, loving the Dot btw.
