Quick Question About Time Zone

If it says: "19 January 4:15 pm Central European Time", what time is it actually in Sydney?
I am not very good at this and tend to get confused (European is rather large). Yes I'm a retard, I know.

I know what time it is in Sydney but that time I mentioned on my thread, if you convert it to Sydney time, what time is it actually in SYdney time?

I think it would be 20 January 2010 at 2:15:00 AM.
