i willl however, be willing to buy gs1000s if i get another bonus check from working this outage tongue.gif i loved them, they just sounded really good to me. musical, dyanmic, and fun. the ps1000s are slightly better, but also not as warm sounding as gs1000

that's exactly how I felt..
the ps1000s were more detailed, had fuller bass and touch more extension in the treble but that was it.
they were also more fatiguing, sound and comfort-wize.

true. gs1k has very good comfort.

but for 1 hours listening sessions the ps1000 is comfortable enough on my skull.

after 2 hours my head has to rest.

but the sound of the ps is perfect imho.

gs has a few flaws in SQ that bothers my ears.

as a long-term keeper the ps is the better choice.

The GS1000 sounds like cardboard compared to the PS1000. No contest.....   YMMV.

I have both.
