I sold a friend my hd280s,pa2v2(which had exploded, but works fine from my testing), and my 3.5mm to 3.5mm for about a 100$.

the batteries in it did.. it was under my bed for a few months and they batteries went, the amp itself is fine minus cosmetic damage, even works wiht batteries.

Um are you asking if its a good deal for your friend or for you? Selling an Exploding Pa2V2 for any money is a great deal for you IMO :P
