This is probably an apples to oranges question but since I can buy a used Bel Canto 1.1 Dac for the same price as a new Headroom Micro Dac, I was wondering how they compare. The Bel Canto is about 8 years old but it was originally over a thousand dollars. Has there been enough improvements in chips and circuitry over the years to allow the Micro to catch up or exceed the abilities of the Bel Canto 1.1?
