In great shape and still holds a very good charge. It is in flawless condition except for a slight aberration in the paint to the top-left of the scrollpad. It doesn't seem to be a scratch since there is no depth to the flaw.
Will come with the USB link and a soft silicone case. I seem to have lost the original packaging and earbuds.
