SOLD: SinglePower Extreme (please read carefully!)

Please look through the following thread before considering purchasing my SinglePower Extreme (or any other amp made by SinglePower):

http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f5/war...e-read-437708/

The sole reason I'm looking to sell off the amp is because I am not willing to pay for the repairs necessary to make this amp electrically "safe". I'm perfectly happy with the sound and function of the amp, but unfortunately would rather purchase an entirely different amp than go through the repairing process as locating a local tech is quite inconvenient for me due to my current living situation.

I am the first and only owner of the amp. The stock SinglePower Extreme comes with a 2c51 tube adaptor, tungsol 2c51 tube, stock RCA 6080 power tubes and stock 6sn7 tube (~$1150 value). Also included is a HALO damper for the 2c51 tube. The amp is in great condition with no significant dings/nicks and has only light scratches (mostly created during the assembly of the amp itself) on the chassis.

I'm asking 50% of what I paid, which is $OLD. This cost includes shipping in the ConUS. In light of recent SinglePower discoveries, I'm not sure how much value SP amps have depreciated. Therefore, if someone who has been following the price trend of SP amps finds my asking price unreasonable, please shoot me a PM and let me know. It would be HIGHLY appreciated.

*Note: Shown power tubes (Tungsol 5998) are not included.

It is a stock, single-ended Extreme. Internal pictures are now posted in my original post.

In all stock Extreme units, the transformer needs to be replaced (and I believe a few resistors need to be inserted into some parts of the circuitry). So far, all PCB stock extreme's have been identical.
