SEE PROS & CONS. NOTE: The clamping factor will obviously differ from person to person, but I'm surprised to find little mention of it, as it is the sole reason I'd never think twice about...

When I listened to the sound for the 1st time, I was hit by it. I was punched by the not-punchy-bass. I was hoping it would offer much better bass response than SE315.. equals to Klipsch Image...

yotank does not supply a case for the 5.5gen 80gb ipod only the 30gb.
I recently got a griffin reflect case for my 5.5 30 gb and 80gb ipod on ebay for 6.98.
It was a buy one get one free special, the only issue is the scuff mark it has from the pour packaging but if could live with it, it is a great deal.

Not exactly a case, but I would suggest a Zagg invisible shield. I have them on both my ipod video and touch and they work great, plus you get free lifetime replacements.

I really like the cases by Contour, have been using them on various iPods since 2005. Good luck.
