how to modify schurter iec?

hi,

it is mentioned here and elsewhere many times that folks "modify" a schurter iec to accept larger than 14awg wire. they never say how though! how exactly is this done?

(i know power cords are my new fetish, you do not have to remind me here please)

You don't (if you want to be safe). Which Schurter are you talking about? IEC Schurter 4300.0603 or 4781.0100?

4300. i do want to be safe, so on that note forget about it. i will not do it. i guess people recommend all kinds of bad ideas on the internet.
