Well I made a thread a couple of days ago regarding the s:flo2 and after reading some valuable opinions decided to purchase it as my high quality portable player. Also, I decided to sell my Zune to make budget for a cheaper on the go mp3 player and just got a really good deal on the Samsung YP-R1.
A company called Hughes Direct(amazon reseller, good feedback) is selling the 16GB version of it for £74.99, which is lower than amazon sell the 8GB for. I also had £20 worth of gift cards lying about and managed to get the deal for under £60
Now after my long story, what I wanted to ask was basically if the Samsung YP-R1 is a good player? I've read the reviews etc and wanted to know if anyone here has got one.
If it ends up that no one has well then this can serve as a heads up for UK head-fi'ers as £74.99 is pretty good for a 16GB player.
